Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that haven’t been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. Products are inspected upon return for usage and wear. To start a return or exchange please contact us at info@skysoftsoles.com

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
